A quantitative estimate is made of the reduction in lattice thermal conductivity (λL) of lead telluride type material as a function of doping level, grain size, alloying Timberland Snow Boots Women Uk and temperature. This paper presents a computational model for the assessment of frost damage to brick masonry. Equivalent elastic parameters of masonry with brick units having orthotropic properties is first derived. It is then extended to frozen brick masonry by including ice within the pores. The effect of freezing is simulated by computing pseudo-coefficients of thermal expansion. The model is applied to the problem of a partially saturated free-standing wall subjected to frost damage. The results obtained qualitatively agree with frost damage observed in the simulated physical tests.
